We work hard to adhere to a time window we commit to at the time of scheduling our pick-up. If something outside our control occurs, we communicate the circumstances and revise pick up time.

No, as long as we have clear instructions of the materials to remove and payment has been made.

Yes, our estimates are always free. Once we arrive at the job site, we will provide you with a final on-site estimate.

Because junk comes in all shapes and sizes, we cannot provide a price until we see the items on-site. Pricing is based on the nature and volume of the material. We can review a broad range of pricing with you over the phone, and upon arrival, we can give you a very close estimate as to how much it will cost. 
 
You will never pay more than your on-site estimate as long as you identify all items that need to be hauled away at the time of the estimate. Any additional items after the estimate may result in revised pricing.
